Rapid Response is in compliance with the equipment and service requirements of FMRC Approval Standard 3011 ‘Central Station Service For Fire Alarms And Protective Equipment Supervision’ in the category of ‘Central Station Company (Complete Service).’
Rapid Response has been certified as part of the NBFAA Installation Quality Certification Program.
In addition to being UL & FM listed, Rapid Response is also certified to comply with the stringent regulations required to monitor fire alarms in the New York City’s Five Boroughs. Rapid Response is visited annually by the New York City Fire Department inspector who administers the Central Station Signaling System exam. Our personnel has a 98.7% passing rate on the examination.

Rapid Response has been certified by The Monitoring Association in cooperation with AT&T FirstNet® to provide monitoring services for electronic security companies holding FirstNet certification. FirstNet is the federal communications band reserved for crisis emergencies following the 2001 attack on the World Trade Towers and allows emergency responders to bypass overloaded communications channels.
