The
following is a sample script for 2-way audio accounts
for which we will communicate with the customer via
the 2-way module. This is the script used for testing
the 2-way audio:
"This
is Rapid Response Monitoring, we have just received
a test demo from <Account Name>, if this had been
an actual emergency, the proper authorities would have
been notified and help would be on the way. My name
is ______ , do you have any questions?"
