New Dealer Checklist


There are four (4) forms that are required in Rapid Response's application process. Please review the forms and make sure that all are filled out completely.

Alarm Company Application: Rapid Response will supply the basic information for this form. Dealers must supply their state license or permit numbers, business references, and some company biographical information.

Agreement for Central Station Services: This form is the Dealer's acceptance of the conditions of responsibility between the Dealer and Rapid Response.

Non-Disclosure Form: The nature of this agreement is that Rapid Response will not divulge any conditions or provisions of the relationship between the Dealer and Rapid Response Monitoring..

Personnel Form: In order for the Dealer and their employees to have access information in the Rapid Response database, the Dealer must establish individual or corporate passcodes. These will allow access to various features, as established by the Authority Level list that is included in the Dealer Application Packet.
