Dealer Support Services

The primary function of the Dealer Support Services team is to assist new Dealers as they transition into the Rapid Response system. Representatives are available to aid and assist resolving any issues or concerns Dealers may have regarding any aspect of the Rapid Response Dealer application process, and to help the Dealer integrate into the Rapid Response system.

Dealer Support Services also acts as a mediator between the Advanced Dealer Support Representatives (Regional Sales Reps) and our Central Station Operations, Data Entry, Technical and Sales Departments, acting as a liaison for acquiring additional forms, media, exclusive software, or directing Dealers to the right person to answer any questions they may have. Rapid Response's top-of-the-mark, personalized service means our Dealer Support Reps may call just to find out how everything is going or see if our Dealers need anything.
