Rapid Response's Monitoring Control Center has one Shift Manager and three Supervisors for each of the three shifts that together provide 24/7, 365 monitoring service. Each Manager and Supervisor is promoted from the ranks of our highly trained and experienced Control Center personnel, and thus has a unique understanding of the issues and problems that the Control Center Specialists- and our Dealers- face. The Managers and Supervisors work closely with Rapid Response's Director of Operations, Training Team and Human Resources Manager to continually evaluate the performance of their shifts. Rapid Response's Managers and Supervisors are an integral part of the developmental training process.

The Supervisors are also continuously evaluated so they may continue their own development.
