On
a regular basis, our Director of Operations conducts
shift meetings to review polices, procedures, developments
and address any Control Center Specialist concerns.
The Director of Operations also holds weekly meetings
to ensure that the Shift Managers and Supervisors are
up-to-date on necessary adjustments in procedures, new
products and new Dealers. Additionally, there are periodic
(as needed) "Informational Meetings". A topic
is selected in advance and discussed in great detail,
sometimes with the expertise of a member of our Technical,
Software Development or Sales & Marketing staff
to give our employees additional knowledge that will
allow them to better assist customers. The topics are
selected by suggestions from Control Center Specialists
or from comments made by Dealers (areas where they would
like to see Rapid Response make changes in products
or service).
The Control Center Specialists are also administered
quizzes at random to better evaluate their knowledge
and skill sets, identifying areas that need more work.
While other monitoring centers might consider all of
these meetings excessive, it is Rapid Response's commitment
to having a team that is well trained, up-to-date with
the newest information available.
