Prerequisites
for our Control Center positions
include a 2-year degree or equivalent
military experience, with previous
customer service background preferred.
Qualifications for employment in
other departments are specific to
each position. Once resumes are
reviewed, candidates are brought
in for an initial screening interview.
At that point in time a personality
profile test is administered and
analyzed. Once a candidate passes
the preliminary interview and first
phase of the screening process,
they are invited back for a second
interview to discuss the job, its
responsibilities and the company
in more detail. If, after the second
interview, the candidate is offered
a position, they must first undergo
drug testing and a criminal background
check. No employee may start their
position at Rapid Response Monitoring
until they have passed these pre-
screening/ pre-licensing checks.
