developers and programmers. Rapid Response's development
team allows for the continual upgrade of existing applications
and our processing system, as well as the development
of new applications, keeping Rapid and its Dealers at
head of the pack.
Rapid
Response develops its own technology and oversees its
operations in every area of our business, from alarm
processing software to computer-telephony integration,
to the advancement of our exclusive Windows, Palm and
Pocket PC applications. Rapid Response's alarm processing
software has been modified as well as integrated to
better handle the needs of a diverse account base: There
is no standard format or formula for covering everything
from residential premises to billion-dollar industrial
or commercial installations, at locations across the
nation.
Rapid
Response believes our computer-telephony integration
allows for the development of new applications that
improve service to the customer, meeting the special
needs of the security industry, without trying to adapt
an "off-the-shelf" solution. Our Windows-based
Palm, Pocket PC and Dealer Access software packages
keep our dealers in contact with the Monitoring Center
with unprecedented ease. Rapid Response's Software Development
