A packet from Fidelity will be mailed to you directly explaining how to opt out or how to change your contribution. Contribute your pre-tax dollars and the company will match 50% up to the first 4%.

Paid by Rapid Response Monitoring, the benefit is 1x your base salary up to$150,000. Supplemental Term-Life is also available through Guardian at up to $200,000.
