From its beginning, Rapid Response has built its Incredible Connectivity Suite in-house. The Software Development Team develops and updates all of Rapid Response’s proprietary software, including IRIS our unique implementation of stages™ to handle inbound call handling and enhanced automated notification services, and the account management applications found in the Incredible Connectivity Suite for our Dealers and their customers. The result is immediate security updates and unparalleled feature options developed in response to Dealer requests and feedback.
