We offer a Veteran Employee Resource Group (VERG) for those who wish to join. These meetings are especially helpful to connect newer veterans with experienced employees who can help assist our veterans grow in their careers and adjust to Rapid Reponse’s culture. VERG is a great way to meet leadership of all levels, be exposed to resources you may not have known were available to you, and gain exposure to different departments, for internal growth and promotional opportunities. Our Veteran Employee Resource Group often participates in community events, at will, to help our members expand their networks, meet like-minded individuals, and give back to our community at the same time.
