NEW ENGLAND

Drew Silverman

My name is Drew, and I cover the Northeast territory for Rapid Response. I started with the security industry in 2012 with a focus on fortune 1000 corporate security operations. I transitioned into the electronic security industry with Rapid Response in 2018. I am extremely enthusiastic about our industry, and I love working for a company that has become the gold standard in wholesale central station monitoring. I strive to share all we have to offer with various Dealer partners of all shapes and sizes in the region.

Megan Scala-Reeves

I’m Megan, and I hold the position of Sales Enablement Coordinator at our Syracuse, NY facility. My primary focus is on equipping our sales team with the critical resources, tools, and training necessary to reach their goals. Additionally, I collaborate closely with various departments to help ensure the seamless alignment of our sales and marketing initiatives.

I also really enjoy working alongside our valued Dealer partners, ensuring their customers receive top-notch services.

Rapid is truly fortunate to boast an exceptionally talented Sales team, and the most rewarding part of my role is witnessing the continuous growth of their knowledge and confidence.

When I’m not at work, my greatest joy comes from being wherever my daughter is.

MID-ATLANTIC

Daniel Clark

I’m Dan, I’ve taken great pride in my role as a Senior Account Manager at Rapid Response for the past nine years. My daily responsibilities revolve around collaborating with current and prospective dealer partners primarily in the New York City and Mid-Atlantic markets.

My journey in the security industry began early, with my father running an alarm company out of our home. This early upbringing sparked a vocational interest, helping me gain diverse industry exposure.

I’ve had the opportunity to work as both a technician and a sales representative for an alarm company. Drawing from these experiences, I’ve been able to always take a consultative approach when assisting our dealer partners and am committed to helping them uncover additional opportunities for growing their RMR. This ongoing mindset has played a crucial role in shaping me into the sales professional I am today.

I was born and raised in New Jersey and still live there today with my wife Moira, our two-year-old daughter Caroline, and six-month-old son Connor.

Hello! I’m Chris, the Account Executive dedicated to our Mid-Atlantic partners at Rapid Response’s headquarters in Syracuse, NY. What I find most rewarding in my role is the opportunity to engage with new clients, understand their needs, and present effective solutions that contribute to their overall growth & success.

As a self-professed technology buff, I thrive in an industry that allows me to stay at the forefront of technological trends.

Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my two daughters. Additionally, I have a penchant for experimenting with different meats on the smoker. I wouldn’t claim the title of a chef by any means, but my friends keep coming back for more of my creations.

My name is Taylor and I cover the West Coast territory. My passion for the alarm industry started at a young age and I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of roles in the industry. I am from San Diego, CA, but relocated Henderson, NV with my fiancé and first child, my husky, for the opening of our third facility in 2022. I feel like I’ve really found my niche within the industry at Rapid. I’m learning every day and excited for what the future holds for us as a company and our Dealer partners. When I’m not meeting with our Dealers or exhibiting at Trade Shows, I’m usually exploring the Southwest on hikes with my dog or trying out new restaurants in town.

Hello! I’m Taylor, I am the Account Executive dedicated to our Southeast partners here at Rapid Response; I work out of our headquarters located in Syracuse, NY. My primary focus revolves around fostering relationships with prospective clients who are interested in working with Rapid Response, as well as working alongside our valued Dealer partners to ensure their customers receive the best services.

What I truly love about my position is the ever-evolving alarm industry, this allows for constant learning opportunities as new challenges and technologies emerge.

Outside of work, I really focus on disconnecting and making myself present for “at home” life. I went to culinary school and a lot of my previous experience is in hospitality management; so often outside of work you will find me hair up, apron on, covered in flour and spices, cooking up something delicious to have people try.


Jonathan Sherrell

My name is Jonathan Sherrell, and I currently serve as the Director of Sales. I work closely with all members of the Sales team and provide support for every territory. I’ve been a part of #TeamRapid for over 16 years and have held various positions during my time with the company.

From an entry-level Monitoring Specialist who processed alarms, I advanced through the ranks and held various roles, including: Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, Life Safety Monitoring Manager, and Director of Training & Quality Assurance.

I’ve had experience in almost every portion of the professional monitoring process, and I enjoy working with our Dealer partners.

Here’s How We Collaborate, Bringing You the Best Service

Our inside and outside Sales representatives work hand-in-hand. While each territory has unique business needs that are taken into account, our Sales representatives work diligently to provide the same excellence across the board.

A day-in-the-life of our outside representatives looks much different from our inside sales representatives, but each work closely to administer top-notch support. Onboarding and in-person customer support are just two examples of what our outside sales representatives may do in their day. Our inside sales representatives assist with paperwork, contacting Dealers to answer questions or offer more information, and driving interest in industry-related events and new service offerings.

Training Makes Us Stronger

Did you know every employee at Rapid Response goes through the exact same training?

From Monitoring Specialists to Sales Representatives, everyone experiences 60+ days of intensive monitoring center training, learning the ropes of responding to alarms and dispatching emergency authorities, when needed.

This time allows all of our employees to build a foundation of monitoring process knowledge. For our Sales Team, it’s an especially important step in their careers, and they can continually pull from this experience when assisting our Dealers.

We Value In-Person Events

If you have been active in the industry for a while, you may have met our Sales team at one of the many industry events, trade shows, golf outings, or conferences. As thought leaders in the professional monitoring industry, we know how crucial it is to keep up with the technologies and trends that come out of these events every year.

In-person events are also a great way for us to network with new and current Dealer partners. Being able to connect with our partners and have meaningful conversations is just one benefit of attending these industry events in person.
