    Dealer Support:
    Focusing on account management, Dealer Support Account Executives are assigned to assist you in improving customer relations through individualized services. Many are specialized in technical processes, like IP and Video Verification, and in specific service types, like Commercial Fire. Data Entry ensures account information is accurate and in keeping with geo-coding standards and jurisdictional requirements to better ensure responses are based on accurate and complete information. In the background, the Signal Management Team investigates irregularities in activity to reduce false alarms and to lessen dealer liability and costs.
